Meeting in Bishkek Between Gayane Umerova and Almazbek Primov

In Bishkek, a meeting was held between Gayane Umerova, Chairperson of Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation, and Almazbek Primov, Head of the Sectoral Policy Department and Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The parties discussed the participation of Kyrgyz artists in the programs of the Center for Contemporary Art in Tashkent, art residencies, and educational initiatives, as well as preparations for the International Youth Forum “Central Asia–Italy,” which will take place in Khiva in 2026.

Special attention was given to the development of the creative economy, joint archaeological research, and the promotion of shared nominations for tangible, intangible, and natural heritage within the framework of UNESCO.
