We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has experience in project management, preferably in the field of art, culture, or creative industries;
• Is ready to take responsibility for challenging tasks and contribute fresh ideas;
• Excels at teamwork and effectively collaborates with partners.

What are the requirements?

Education: A higher degree in project management, art, culture, or related disciplines.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Russian. Knowledge of Uzbek is a plus.

Skills:

• Confident use of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana);
• Expertise in budgeting and financial documentation;
• Experience in PR/marketing campaigns is an advantage.

📢 Vacancy: SMM Manager

The Foundation for the Development of Culture and Arts is looking for an active and creative SMM manager to help develop the Foundation's projects and strengthen the brand's presence on social networks.

🔍 What you need to do:

- Lead social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn);

- Develop and implement a content plan;

- Create unique text and visual content (posts, storis, rils);

- Set up targeted advertising in Meta Ads and Google Ads;

- Analyse the effectiveness of content and advertising campaigns, adjust the strategy;

- Communicate with the audience, moderate comments and posts;

- Follow trends and implement relevant content formats.

📝 Who we're looking for:

- Experience of 1 year or more in SMM (willing to consider candidates without experience but with a portfolio);

- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills;

- Ability to work with Canva, Figma, Photoshop tools;

- Analytical mindset, understanding of statistics and metrics;

- Knowledge of the basics of targeted advertising;

- Experience in multitasking, responsibility and initiative;

- Interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn;

- Mobile typing skills are welcome and will be taken into account in remuneration.

We are looking for a qualified Lawyer to join our team in Tashkent. The ideal candidate is someone who:

- Has strong legal expertise, particularly in Uzbek law;

- Is ready to take on the responsibility of ensuring compliance with legal standards;

- Excels at providing legal support for projects and initiatives in a dynamic environment.

What are the key responsibilities?

- Providing legal advice and recommendations to the management and staff;

- Drafting and reviewing normative-legal acts, contracts, and other official documents;

- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to public procurement, imports/exports, and public governance;

- Representing the foundation in litigation and other legal proceedings;

- Conducting legal research and analyzing Uzbek legislation to support decision-making.

What are the requirements?

Education: A law degree from an accredited institution.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in legal practice, including courtroom litigation and legal representation.

Languages: Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian (fluent); English at an intermediate or fluent level.

Skills:

- Strong skills in legal research, writing, and document drafting;

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;

- Capability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Additional advantage: Experience in art and culture law is a plus.
