The Ural Tansykbaev House Museum has reopened after restoration. Built by the master himself in 1968, it has retained the interior details he created with his own hands.

In 1981, a memorial museum was opened here, later supplemented by a gallery for large canvases. During the renovation, it was important to preserve the atmosphere of the 1960s and 1970s.

The exhibition is complemented by the artist's early works from the collections of the State Museum of Art and the Savitsky Museum. The ground floor houses an educational area with photographs, archives and space for creative activities. More than 40 works were also restored by French and local restorers.

The house-museum awaits visitors at the following address: Tashkent, Mirzo-Ulugbek district, Buz-1 neighbourhood, 3.
