On June 29 and 30 2024, the Bostanlyk district will host Sky Camp Bo'stonliq 2024. This year marks the 5th anniversary of the Samarkand Marathon international charity race series. Following the ZAAMIN ULTRA 2024 held in the first weekend of June, the next event in the series is Sky Camp Bo'stonliq 2024.
Sky Camp Bo'stonliq 2024 is a mountain sports festival. The team has organized activities suitable for everyone who wants to test their strength, enjoy the incredible nature and views of Amirsoy, and escape the hustle and bustle of the city for an active weekend in the mountains.
Participants and guests of the mountain sports festival can look forward to:
- Sky Camp BIKE — a mountain road bike race. Distance: 13.5 km, elevation gain: 691 m.
- Sky Camp TRAIL — a trail run with distances of 10 km and 20 km, with elevation gains of 619 m and 1238 m respectively.
- Sky Camp PEAK — a skyrunning race from the lower to the upper station of Amirsoy, with a distance of 4.2 km and an elevation gain of 724 m.
- Sky Camp ZEN — combines running, yoga, and meditation.
- 2 days of plogging.
- Concert by Tesla Boy.
The Sky Camp TRAIL course is certified by the International Trail Running Association (ITRA), making it the first certified trail running course in Uzbekistan, where participants can earn ITRA points.

We expect to attract many athletes, running community members, and those looking to explore new opportunities. For the first time in Uzbekistan, we have certified a trail running course, so runners will be able to earn points for their personal records. At Sky Camp, we will continue the environmental initiative introduced to participants at the recent ZAAMIN ULTRA 2024 — plogging. Many runners enthusiastically joined the run with litter collection, as it is important for the community to leave nature in its pristine state. Plogging will be held on both days of the mountain sports festival at Sky Camp.
As with all events in the race series, participants can enjoy entertainment activities organized by Samarkand Marathon partners, music, and a concert.
This year's concert headliner, on the evening of June 29, will be the band Tesla Boy. Anton Sevidov and his project Tesla Boy are one of the most interesting indie bands, performing stylish electro-pop on the verge of retro and futurism. The material is performed in English and sounds original and relevant, as evidenced by the large number of fans in South America, Europe, and Asia.
