A performance took place in Doha on the grounds of the Museum of Islamic Art Park as part of Rirkrit Tiravanija’s installation “UNTITLED 2025 (NO BREAD NO ASHES)”. On 21 November, a team of Uzbek chefs baked more than 200 pieces of bread of various kinds, while guests observed the process and sampled the still-warm pastries. The octagonal pavilion emphasised the idea of open cultural dialogue.

The performance became a point of cultural convergence, demonstrating how gastronomy and art bring people together, continuing the programme leading towards the opening of Rubaiya Qatar in 2026.
