Gayane Umerova, Chairperson of Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation met with Sir Ian Blatchford, Director of the Science Museum.
The parties discussed the prospects of bilateral cooperation and exchange of experience in science and culture. They paid special attention to the possibility of organising a large-scale exhibition dedicated to Uzbekistan's scientific heritage. It was noted that the rich history of Uzbek science can become an inspiring example for museum visitors and a wide international audience.
In addition, they discussed ways to expand partnership in the scientific sphere, including the involvement of Uzbek scientists in joint projects and research.
