As part of her visit to the United Arab Emirates, Gayane Umerova, Chairperson of the Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation, held a meeting with Mohamed Abdelsalam, Secretary-General of the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity.
The parties discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation in the fields of culture, science and education, paying particular attention to developing partnerships in educational programmes and sharing experience in implementing modern educational models.
A separate area of discussion concerned the planning of future joint projects aimed at strengthening intercultural dialogue and promoting the values of mutual understanding and humanism.
