On 29 November 2024, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan, IT Park Uzbekistan and the International Westminster University in Tashkent.
This step marked the beginning of the Creative Incubator project aimed at supporting young talents, developing the startup ecosystem and creative economy of Uzbekistan. The initiative was a logical continuation of the projects and ideas voiced at the World Conference on Creative Economy, where key directions for the development of creative industries were identified.
The Creative Incubator brings together the educational, cultural and technological sectors, creating conditions for the growth of creative industries.
