The National Pavilion of Uzbekistan at the 60th Venice Biennale of Contemporary Art will remain open until Sunday, November 24, providing a final opportunity to engage with the exhibition Don't Miss the Cue.
This immersive installation, conceived by Aziza Kadiri and the Qizlar collective, is curated by the Center for Contemporary Art in Tashkent and commissioned by the Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation.
Don't Miss the Cue offers a profound response to the Biennale's overarching theme, "Foreigners Everywhere," by addressing issues of belonging and identity. Through an exploration of the experiences of Uzbek women in the context of migration, the work interrogates the complexities of cultural displacement and the reconfiguration of identity within transnational spaces.
The pavilion will be open to the public throughout the final week of the Biennale, concluding on November 24.
