During the panel discussion "The Power of Culture: Global Diplomacy in the 21st Century," Uzbekistan's experience in promoting culture as a key tool of diplomacy was presented, highlighting its role in strengthening mutual understanding and international cooperation.

In her speech, Gayane Umerova emphasized Uzbekistan's unique role in advancing cultural diplomacy. Initiatives such as the upcoming Bukhara Biennale, the 43rd session of the UNESCO General Conference in 2025, which will be held in Samarkand, the digitization of archives, and the activities of art residencies were highlighted. These efforts aim to merge historical heritage with contemporary creative approaches.
