The State Museum of Arts of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting between Gayane Umerova, Chairperson of Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation, and Patricia Vergez-Libai, a French restoration expert on a three-year mission to Uzbekistan.
During the meeting the results of the large-scale work were summed up: restoration of more than 200 works of art, participation in international exhibitions, creation of a restoration workshop, as well as implementation of joint educational programmes.
The Foundation expresses its gratitude to Patricia Vergez-Libai and the French Agency for International Technical Assistance for their contribution to the development of professional exchange and strengthening of the system of cultural heritage preservation in Uzbekistan.
