From 30 September to 4 October, Tashkent will once again host the World of Arts Russian Arts Festival.

Over the course of five days, residents and visitors to the capital will enjoy a rich programme celebrating music, theatre, cinema, dance and the visual arts.

This year’s festival will feature an exhibition of works by Zurab Tsereteli, an opera gala concert with soloists from Russia’s leading theatres, a Cinema Day marking the 90th anniversary of Stanislav Govorukhin, a performance by the Kÿn Suzy Khakas Dance Ensemble, and performances by students of the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet.

World of Arts will serve as a platform for creative dialogue, bringing together different generations, artistic traditions and contemporary cultural practices.

The full festival programme will be announced shortly.
