The third day of ARAL ULTRA

The first participants set off while it was still dark, with headlamps on, and met the sunrise already out on the course, in the middle of the Ustyurt Plateau.

One after another, the 100K, 50K, 25K and 15K started, and ahead lay a horizon that seems endless.

And at the end of the journey, the Aral Sea was waiting for everyone. Some finished with their arms raised, some in tears, some simply stood in silence and looked at the water. This was the moment it had all begun for.
