🇫🇷🇺🇿 During the official visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Paris, the Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation signed several agreements with French partners in the fields of cultural heritage and education.
An agreement with the International Alliance for the Protection of Heritage (ALIPH), signed by the Chairman of the Foundation and the Chairman of the ALIPH Council, Bariza Hiari, envisions joint restoration projects and access to advanced heritage preservation methods. Additionally, the Chairman of the Foundation has joined the ALIPH Council.
An agreement with the National Institute of Cultural Heritage of France includes the launch of an educational program for heritage specialists and the organization of internships in France.
A protocol with the French Institute for Central Asian Studies, signed by the Vice Chairman of the Foundation and the Director of the Institute, Marie Favero, outlines the organization of conferences, educational programs, and projects for the preservation of rare books and manuscripts.
